Hi, I'm Micaela.
I believe life's transitions deserve to be witnessed, honoured, and held with care.
Drawing from social work, trauma-informed practice, traditional postpartum wisdom, ritual facilitation, and embodied education, I support people through the many thresholds of being human.
Whether we are becoming parents, navigating loss, redefining ourselves, or stepping into a new season of life, these experiences shape us. Yet so often they are rushed, minimised, or expected to be carried alone.
My work exists in response to that.
Through education, ceremony, storytelling, and creative practice, I create spaces where people can slow down, make meaning of their experiences, and feel seen in the midst of transformation.
While much of my work centres around motherhood, birth, and postpartum, my deeper devotion is to supporting people through life's many initiations with greater awareness, connection, and care.
I am a mother, wife, facilitator, artist, and lifelong learner who believes that people do not need fixing; rather they need spaces where they can feel safe enough to be fully human.
Based on Bundjalung Country (Tweed Heads NSW) and servicing the Northern Rivers and Southern Gold Coast… I bring a thoughtful, trauma-informed lens to everything I offer, grounded in the belief that every story deserves to be heard and every transition deserves witness/respect.
I look forward to connecting with you.
